Shipping & Returns
We offer no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once we determine that your dress will be delivered by your wear date and your credit card payment has been processed. Your credit card payment will not be processed until we determine your dress can be delivered by your wear date*.
- Order Policy:
Please choose your dress carefully, referencing the designers size chart. We are not responsible for errors in selecting the correct dress size and we cannot guarantee a dress will fit. It is your responsibility to take accurate measurements using a tape measure and to choose the accurate dress size by matching your measurements to the designer's size chart located on every dress detail page. It is extremely important that you provide us with the wear date for your dress. We cannot process an order without a wear date provided. If we are unable to provide your dress by the wear date we will let you know immediately. We typically are able to confirm an order or provide you with the order status the day it is placed unless we receive your order after normal business hours posted on the Contact Us page. Your order status or confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. We will not process your charge card until we confirm the dress will be available for your wear date*.
The colors of dresses on our website may vary from monitor to monitor and the actual product you receive may or may not represent the colors you see on our website. If color is one of the most important aspects of your dress purchase we encourage you not to shop online and instead visit a local authorized retailer to view and purchase your dress in person (find us).
International Shipping Policy
Import duties, taxes, and other charges associated with clearing your country's customs are not included in the item price or the cost of shipping. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. Gautier Dresses is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs clearance times*.
Free Shipping Policy
1. All destinations within the 48 contiguous United States of America ship FREE and include USPS Priority service only.
2. All destinations other than the 48 contiguous United States of America for example Alaska/Hawaii/US Virgin Islands/US Territories/International ship FREE if the order amount is over $299. These shipments include USPS Priorty service, where that service is available.
3. Any order that does not meet the "Free Shipping" critera in number 2. of our Free Shipping Policy above ships for only $25 and includes USPS priority service where that service is available.
4. Any customer order that does not meet the "Free Shipping" critera and mistakenly chooses either the "USPS Priority Mail + FREE" or "International & Non-Contiguous USA Order $300 Or More + FREE" will be upgraded to the correct shipping method and the corresponding shipping charge of $25 will be added to the order. We will notify you of your error.
- Shipping Policy:
We must ship to the billing address associated with your credit card. Domestic orders in the 48 contiguous United States of America ship USPS Priority mail where htat service is available and may require a signature upon receipt of delivery and are fully insured for loss or transit damage. All other orders are shipped by USPS priority mail, where that service is available, and are not insured. You will receive a tracking number via your email account provided at checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please allow 24-72 hours for credit card approval for NON-USA shipments. If you are not comfortable providing your credit card information on the internet please indicate this upon checkout. You may contact us (920) 336-0200 and provide your credit card information over the phone.
- Sales Tax Policy:
We collect sales tax for shipping destinations in USA. We Do collect a sales tax for all shipping destinations. The sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
- Promotional Gifts:
Promotional gift valid for dress purchases only. Only one promotional gift per customer.
*Gautier Dresses and USPS delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments delayed(therefore we cannot issue a refund if your shipment is delayed) due to causes beyond Gautier Dresses or USPS control, including (but not limited to) the following: - Customs clearance times - Disruptions in the air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena and natural disasters - The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery - Delays caused by the consignee - Acts of God - Public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises - Riots, strikes, and other labor disputes - Civil commotion.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Gautier Dresses and you, the customer, whose name appears on the credit card. Gautier Dressesreserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. All terms and conditions made part of this sales policy are subject to Wisconsin law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that term or condition shall be deemed severable from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions made part of this sales policy.
